- Cook 200 g wheat noodles and drain.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of WANGZHIHE sesame paste with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili paste, 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar and a little water to make a creamy sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and garnish with spring onions, toasted sesame seeds and chopped peanuts.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
🥒 Chinese cucumber salad with sesame dressing
Preparation:
- Cut 1 cucumber into thin slices, season lightly with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Mix 2 tbsp WANGZHIHE sesame paste with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp roasted sesame.
