🥬 Classic Kimchi (Baechu Kimchi)

Preparation:

  1. Halve the Chinese cabbage lengthways, soak in salted water for 2-3 hours, then rinse and drain.
  2. A paste made from garlic, ginger, fish sauce, sugar and LIMGANE Gochugaru produce.
  3. Smear the paste between the cabbage leaves and place in a glass jar.
  4. Allow to ferment at room temperature for 1-2 days, then store in a cool place.

🍲 Kimchi Jjigae – Spicy kimchi soup

Preparation:

  1. Fry old kimchi with pork belly or tofu, onions and garlic in a pot.
  2. Deglaze with water or broth and add 1 tablespoon of gochugaru.
  3. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with spring onions.

🔥 Bulgogi marinade

Preparation:

  1. Slice beef thinly. Mix the marinade from soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and 1-2 teaspoons of gochugaru.
  2. Soak the meat for 2 hours, then fry in the pan or on the grill.
